Ingredients:
200 g of all-purpose flour
100 g of cocoa powder (unsweetened)
200 g of sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
240 ml milk
120 ml vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
240 ml boiling water

Directions:
Preheat the oven: Start by preheating your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 23 cm (9-inch) round cake pan.
Mix dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined.
