Ingredients
500 g of digestive biscuits or tea biscuits
250 g of halva (any flavor you prefer, like vanilla or chocolate)
500 ml of heavy cream (30–36% fat)
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
100 g of butter, softened
100 g of dark chocolate (for topping)
50 ml of milk
Optional: chopped nuts or sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, crumble the halva into small pieces.
Add the softened butter and beat until smooth and creamy.
Whip the Cream:
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the halva mixture to create a light and fluffy filling.
Assemble the Layers:
Line a rectangular or square baking dish with parchment paper.
Arrange a layer of biscuits at the bottom of the dish.
Spread a generous portion of the halva filling over the biscuits.
Repeat the layers until all the filling and biscuits are used, finishing with a biscuit layer on top.
Prepare the Chocolate Glaze:
Melt the dark chocolate with the milk over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring until smooth.
Pour the glaze over the top layer of biscuits, spreading evenly.
