Ingredients:
300g pickled herring fillets, drained and cut into small pieces
4 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled
2 medium carrots, peeled and boiled
1 medium beetroot, boiled and peeled
5 hard-boiled eggs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the ingredients: Boil the potatoes, carrots, and beetroot until tender. Peel and chop the vegetables into small cubes. Boil the eggs, then peel and chop them as well. Drain the pickled herring and chop into small pieces. Finely chop the onion.
