  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional, for a hint of sweetness)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and honey (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated into a smooth paste.
