Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, boiled and diced
2 carrots, boiled and diced
1 cup of peas, boiled
3 pickled cucumbers, chopped
200g cooked chicken breast or ham, diced
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs (parsley or dill) for garnish
Directions:
Begin by boiling the potatoes, carrots, and peas until tender, then drain and let them cool.
While the vegetables cool, dice the cooked chicken breast or ham into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the hard-boiled eggs, pickled cucumbers, and onion into small chunks.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, peas, chicken or ham, eggs, cucumbers, and onion.
